Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid.

We only offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged item

• You receive the wrong product

To initiate a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Minor variations due to handmade nature

• Delays caused by courier partners
